12 Dimensions Critical Reflection

PART 1

My dimensions are decision-making, communication, growth and expression.  Firstly, decision-making It means for example If you are manager of somewhere and you want to make a decision If you depend on you knowledge of people this is decision-making by relationship but If you depend on the law this is decision-making by rules.

Secondly, communication means if you speak to anyone this is called communication and if you are speak very clearly this is direct but if you do not speak clearly and you let the other person understand the meaning by himself this is communication indirect.

Thirdly, growth It means if you have company and you want to growth you will depend on personal or material. Finally, expression it depend on your feeling if it’s concealed or revealed and it means whether if you want other people know about your feeling.

PART 2

I learned from group profile that it gives the results of the group and culture profile gives my results.  Also I learned from my questionnaire results my impression and I learned for example that’s I am informal more than formal on context. Also I learned that I depend on material more than personal on growth. I agree with my questionnaire results because it is describe me well.

PART 3

In my point of view that my self-culture profile will be changed in 5 years because 5 years is not a short time and the people are changing until they die this is the live no one stay in the same line forever. I would like to be different because I want to make changes on my self to better because I have some results I want to change it for example expression I am reveal my express more the conceal it and in my opinion this is bad result because I think it is not good to reveal your feeling to the people.
